Show us your handling problem and we will provide you with a solution. We have in house design and manufacture all on one site. We don’t have any sales men we only have qualified technical engineers who have extensive knowledge of handling product design.

How this works, if you need any equipment or need a solution.

All you need to do is give us a call and from a simple description of your particular handling problem we can get the ball rolling. We start by sending you drawings and a CD video of a unit that is generally close to what you need.

We normally offer for one of our technical engineers to visit your site to ensure that we have proposed the right solution. So that everyone on site can evaluate the proposal we produce 3D CAD drawings of the unit and a detailed proposal to your exact specification. From the feedback we can then incorporate any changes into the design. Once the unit is built we send one of our technical team into your company to train the operators in its use.
All the units we supply are on a sale or return basis because we believe that the responsibility is on us to get you a piece of equipment that does your job well.

We supply the following equipment in full stainless steel with Ex Rated options for ATEX Zone 1 areas.

Drum Rotators forward and side tipping
Drum mixing units
Charging units
Drum De-palletisers
Drum Trolleys
Drum dispensing cradles
Cylinder Trolleys
Cylinder Inverters
Roll rotators forward and side ways
Stainless funnels and charging cones

Cleanliness

Our units are designed to work in clean environments. We use polymer bushes and sealed precision bearings. There are no hidden greased channels like you find on other lifting units. Some units may look clean but it is difficult to clean the unit properly behind the stainless panels that tend to fill with dirt. Our units are very easy to keep clean. They can even be washed down.

Choice of finishes

Electro Polished

This is the finish that is generally required for units that are going to operate in a GMP clean area.
This involves the unit being dipped in acid to remove any dirt or discoloration of the stainless left over from the welding processes. The unit is then washed to remove the acid. The unit is then placed in a bath of electrolyte. Cables are then connected to the unit and an electric charge is passed through it. This causes a layer of stainless to be stripped from the unit. This results in the unit being left with a micro smooth finish that will resist microbe growth.

Mirror Polishing

This is the finish that is generally specified for inside vessels or charging equipment like funnels or cones.
To achieve this the metal surface has any welds ground back and is polished using an abrasive material. The grades of abrasive become finer and finer until the mirror polish is achieved. Because of the very labour intensive nature it should only be done when necessary.

Glass Bead Blasted

This finish is predominately used on units based in a food industry and some pharmaceutical manufacturing.
The unit is blasted with very fine glass beads. The glass beads peen the surface of the stainless to give an even smooth finish. The unit is then lightly oiled to stop fingerprints being left on the unit.
